Differentiating between the “Account Email“ and the “Insured Email“
- Previously, the client email on file and the email used to access truMobile were considered the same.
- Now, under client details, there are two different emails: the account email, which is used to access truMobile, and the insured email, which is the email from the client file. In most cases, the two emails are the same, however, now the customer has more personalized options.
Enhanced Security
- The app can now detect if an iPhone is jailbroken and will not run the program.
Bug Fixes
- MFA reset email not sent when super admin resets MFA: Fixed an issue where the MFA reset email is not sent when the super admin resets the SMS MFA for the user.
- PowerBroker Writeback Fixes: Fixed XML formatting related to writing abeyance back in PowerBroker.
- Handling coverages with numeric names: Fixed an issue that causes coverage names consisting of numbers (i.e., 20) to not be displayed in truMobile.
