Take a look at all the great new updates this month for truMobile!
Improved Change Requests and Claims
We’ve revamped the change request and claims reporting process, making it more intuitive and streamlined. Policy holders can now select the category of their claim or change request to assist them in filing the right type of request or claim.
X-Ray Query Builder
For brokers, our new query builder for X-Ray is now available on web. You can now get the most out of your data with advanced, customizable data querying capabilities.
X-Ray now also displays the top 3 markets, offering a broader view of available options for remarketing to policy holders.
Enhanced Listing for Risks, Claims, and Change Requests
The new and revamped home screen design boasts improved sorting and search capabilities and allows policy holders to browse their insurance policies either by policy numbers or by assets covered under the policies.
Listings for claims and change requests have also been improved, further facilitating information retrieval and making for a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
More Control over Your Profile
You can now view and edit your account details, and you can also view login sessions and log out from sessions as desired, giving you more control of your account and increasing account security.
Additional Communications Engine Placeholders for Email Templates
In your CP360 email templates, you can now add placeholders for CSRs and producers as well as the make, model, and year of the vehicle. Additionally, CSRs and producers are now also visible in reports.
More Improvements
We’ve improved the document navigation and browsing experience, and we’ve updated the shake bug feature, making it more efficient and functional. Improvements to eDocs have also been implemented, further increasing data accuracy and relevancy.
Improved User Registration Experience
To improve the registration process, we've introduced a feature where users attempting to sign up with an email that's already in use will receive a confirmation email.
This email informs them of their existing account and is sent only once daily, even if multiple sign-up attempts are made. It includes the user's brokerage and insured name, a sign-in link, and a password reset link.
This feature, automatically enabled for all brokers, aims to reduce confusion and enhance security by clearly communicating to users about their account status and next steps. If a user receives this email without attempting to register, it can be ignored.
Bug Improvements
Bugs related to campaign emails, account deletion emails, policy notifier template selection, X-ray summary count accuracy, and self-registration have been improved.
