Retention X-Ray Enhancements
  • New Columns Added:
    • Insured Name: Quickly identify the client associated with each policy.
    • Transaction Date: Allows brokers to filter and organize data based on the date of transactions.
    • Province: Enables filtering by province for more targeted data analysis.
  • Query Builder Access:
    • All Columns Available: You can now filter on any column within Retention X-Ray, including transaction dates and market status.
    • Column Reordering:
    • Enhanced Usability: Drag and drop columns to reorder them for a more customized view without issues of columns getting hidden behind side panels.
  • Default Expiry Filter:
    • Simplified Filtering: The expiry date filter is now a default setting, reducing overlap and confusion.
  • Automation and Custom Filters:
    • Operational Efficiency: Create custom filters to streamline daily processes, such as tracking transactions from specific dates or segmenting by province

    • Faster Loading Times: Significant improvements in app performance, reducing load times for heavy screens from 30+ seconds to just a few seconds.
  • Enhanced Payment Process:
    • Seamless Payments: Simplified steps for making payments, with pre-populated information and streamlined credit card selection through Stripe integration.
  • Policy Navigation:
    • Swipe Navigation: Easily navigate between different policies with swipe right/left functionality.
  • Breadcrumb Enhancements:
    • Improved Usability: More interactive and clickable breadcrumbs, with ongoing enhancements to reflect full navigation paths.
  • Easier Management for Brokers:
    • For brokers using our app, we've added a feature that lets you mark policies as 'completed' as you work through them. This helps keep track of what's done and what still needs attention.
Additional Updates
  • eDocs Notifications: Added a checkbox option to bypass sending notifications when uploading documents to client files, preventing unnecessary alerts
  • Power Broker Integration: Enhanced data mapping to reduce duplicated policies and improve data accuracy.
